In Thoroughbred racing nothing is decided at the start.
It is revealed later, in the final stretch, when pace becomes truth and there is nowhere left to hide.
A cigar keeps the same discipline. The final third is where blend, balance, and construction stop being promises and become proof.
The horseshoe nail carried within The Final Act is drawn from that same world. A fragment of a race already run, singular, never repeated. It is a genuine accompaniment to the cigar.

A lancero forgives nothing. Thirty-eight ring gauge over eight and a half inches leaves no room for a weak leaf, an uneven bunch, or a hurried hand. That is precisely why it is the shape the house chose to sign.
The Lancero Imperial® started as a challenge: to hand-roll a thin cigar of about nine inches, as a pure skill demonstration. Not asking for a product, just proof of what the factory's torcedors could do. What came back is what Gancedo kept, and it became The Final Act.
One thousand numbered boxes of ten each year.
"When the year's lot is gone, it is gone. Nothing is made to meet demand."
Medium in strength and deliberately so. The ring gauge draws the leaf out rather than over the palate. Ninety minutes of pure peace.
